How to use The Ballet Body Online Studio
Our results-driven online studio is designed specifically to help you build strength and tone targeted muscle groups. If you know what muscle group you are wanting to work on, you can start by picking a workout from one of the specific sections. eg: 'Lower Body.'
Each workout video can range from 10-30mins long so that you can stack the specific workouts how you like. Depending on how much time you can dedicate to a workout, this is a great way to pick and choose what works for you. We recommend choosing up to three to four workout videos 4-5 times a week to see results in the studio.
If you're the type that enjoys just following along to a set plan, there is also the monthly plans available that you can follow. The plans are updated monthly, so all you need to do is press play on the daily playlist and follow along.
Each week there will be new uploads to follow along to. The new uploaded video structure and content will vary. These videos can be found on the new weekly upload link.
Remember that Ballet Body is a ballet-inspired fitness brand, so we believe that consistency and perseverance will help you achieve your goals.
